Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the steamer and all included accessories in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
